Lobster tails may arrive frozen or partially thawed. Store in the coldest part of your refrigerator and enjoy within 2 days, or freeze for up to 4 weeks. To defrost, you can either leave them in the refrigerator for one day before you cook them, or place them in a bowl under running cold water for about 10 minutes until thawed. Lobster tails should be completely thawed before cooking.
