Orders are shipped on Monday through Thursday, except holidays. Orders placed by 2 PM (ET) can be shipped that day. The max allowable transit time for frozen chili and ice cream is 2 days, all other Skyline Chili dishes have a max allowable transit time of 7 days. Perishable items cannot be shipped over a weekend and cannot be delivered on Sunday or Monday.
Weather and unforeseen circumstances can delay your shipment. We strongly recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least 1 business day before your desired usage date to allow for any delays.
The following shipping options are available depending upon the delivery date selected:
Ground Shipping (1-7 days) - If your shipping address is reachable via Ground service within the max allowable transit time for the items ordered, you will be presented with $9.95 Flat-Rate Shipping upon checkout. The max allowable transit time for frozen chili and ice cream is 2 days, for all other items it is 7 days. Orders will be delivered via UPS Ground service on or before the max allowable transit days following shipment. Delivery time can vary based on area, between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM to residences, and between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to businesses.
UPS 2nd Day Air - If the shipping address is not reachable within 2 days via UPS Ground service, the customer will be presented with $29.95 Flat-Rate Shipping upon checkout. The order will be shipped via UPS 2nd-Day Air and will be delivered on or before the end of the second business day following shipment (unless upgrading to Saturday delivery). Delivery time can vary based on area, but can be as late as 8:00 p.m. to residences and 5:00 p.m. to businesses.
Saturday Delivery - Saturday delivery is available for UPS 2nd-Day Air service for an additional charge of $20 per shipment (for a total of $49.95). Deliveries are made Saturday between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, depending upon delivery address. Saturday delivery is not available for UPS Ground service.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a ship notification email with a tracking number for each package in your order. When your order has been delivered, you will also receive a delivery notification email.

All food from Skyline Chili is shipped in extra thick recyclable foam containers with sufficient coolant to assure it arrives in excellent condition within the max allowable transit time. Frozen chili and ice cream has a max allowable transit time of 2 days, all other Skyline Chili dishes have a max allowable transit time of 7 days.
All orders are shipped signature release. This means UPS will leave the package at the doorstep, front desk or gate associated with the shipping address without requiring a signature upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the contents of the package are stored in a freezer or refrigerator promptly after delivery. FoodyDirect cannot be responsible for orders with incomplete or invalid addresses, or that are sent to recipients who are not available to store the contents of the order on the day of arrival. UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. box.

3-way: Skyline Chili, spaghetti, and grated Cheddar cheese
4-way: Skyline Chili, spaghetti, cheese, and onions or beans
5-way: Skyline Chili, spaghetti, cheese, onions, and beans
All orders ship Mon thru Thurs via 2-Day or faster. The cutoff time for same-day shipment of orders is 2:00 PM (ET).
Frozen Chili:Remove from carton. Poke or cut a small slit in the film on top of the package. Place the package on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on High for approximately 3 minutes. Carefully rotate the package 90 degrees in the microwave and heat for an additional 4 minutes. Microwave temperatures and heating times may vary. Carefully remove the package from the microwave and peel off the plastic film. Stir and serve.
Step 1. Hot dogs can either grilled or boiled. On the grill: cook hot dogs on medium heat for 6 to 9 minutes, turning frequently. On the stovetop: Carefully place hot dogs into boiling water.
Cover the pot and boil the hot dogs for 1 minute. Turn off heat, and let stand 5 to 7 minutes. Step 2. Follow instructions for “Can of Skyline Chili.”
Step 3. Pre-heat oven to 250 °F, place buns on tray, and warm in oven for 2 to 5 minutes.
Step 4. Carefully remove buns from oven and place the cooked hot dog in the bun.
Step 5. Carefully pour heated skyline chili onto Coney, and top with the included cheddar cheese. Add diced onions (optional).
Step 6. Enjoy
