Same great taste as S’MAC’s classic Mac & Cheese, minus the gluten! After a lot of research and testing, Sarita developed a gourmet gluten-free version of her mac & cheese by modifying some of her core ingredients. The gluten-free mac & cheese is made with brown rice elbow macaroni, béchamel without wheat flour, and breadcrumbs made from cornflakes.

Choose from the following delicious gluten-free varieties: 4-Cheese, Buffalo Chicken, Cheeseburger, Alpine (Bacon Gruyere), Napoletana (it's like pizza!), and Gluten-Free.

Note – S’MAC is NOT a gluten-free facility so there is a risk, however remote, of cross contamination. Please be advised that the following gluten-containing food items are prepared and/or served on the premises: Regular and multi-grain elbow macaroni, cookies, brownies.

Package includes 2 Pans (about 24 oz each) + Gluten Free Breadcrumbs. Each pan is enough for 2 entrees, or 4 sides.

Storage & Care:

Upon receiving your S'MAC please refrigerate or freeze immediately. If refrigerated, please enjoy within 3-4 days or from frozen please enjoy within 6 months.

Preparation:

<br>How do I heat from refrigerated? <br> Preheat oven to 400°F, remove plastic cover from pan and sprinkle included breadcrumbs evenly over the mac & cheese. Once oven reaches 400°F, place pan on the center rack of your oven and bake for ~12-15 minutes. If you are baking more than one pan, baking time may be longer. <br> How do I heat from frozen? <br> Preheat oven to 350°F, remove plastic cover from pan and sprinkle included breadcrumbs evenly over the mac & cheese. Once oven reaches 350°F, place pan on the center rack of your oven and bake for ~35-40 minutes. If you are baking more than one pan, baking time may be longer.

NOTE: For a crispy top, broil for 2-3 minutes.
