This rich cheesecake is made with fresh raspberries and decorated with a raspberry swirl on top, with a graham cracker crust. Jane recommends topping this cheesecake with a few fresh raspberries (pictured but not included).

In 1989 shortly after Jane opened the original bakery, food critic Merrill Schindler declared Sweet Lady Jane's "the best NY Cheesecake in LA, maybe even this side of the Hudson River." Baked with a touch of lemon and orange zest, rich cream cheese, raspberries and a graham cracker crust.

This product is shipped frozen on dry ice. Please allow time for the product to thaw overnight in your refrigerator before serving.

Refrigeration Instructions: Please unwrap all plastic and foam upon receipt and store in your refrigerator. Refrigerated cakes can be enjoyed for 7-10 days.

Freezing Instructions: Simply put the cake directly into your freezer. After enjoying, if you would like to re-freeze any leftovers, wrap the remaining cake in plastic. Cakes can be frozen for up to 3 months. The gel ice pack provided is reusable.
