Refrigerate for up to 4-5 days and freeze for 2-3 weeks. When left at room temp pies can last up to 3 days.
Allow pies to thaw for 1-1.5 hours or until pie is at room temperature. To heat Cherry and Blackberry pies--remove from pie tin and microwave 25-30 seconds. (Individual microwave times may vary). To heat Peach Crumb and Butterscotch Pecan Pies---remove from pie tin and microwave 20-25 seconds. <br> For a crispier crust (from frozen): Sprinkle sugar on top of pie. Bake at 350∞F for 15-20 minutes. Let pie cool for an additional 15 minutes. If center of the pie is still cool, microwave by the slice for 15-20 seconds.
