It’s suggested you cook these delicious crab cakes within 2 days for optimal results. <br> Crab Soup: Remove your soup from the shipping container and store in your refrigerator until ready to heat. Your soup will stay fresh for 4-5 days if stored properly chilled.
<br> Crab Cakes: We suggest broiling the crab cakes on a lightly greased pan or foil, about 6 inches from the flame, cook until golden brown with an internal temperature of 145°F. Your crab cakes can also be pan seared with butter and finished in a 350°F oven until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Ovens vary in temperature so please remember to keep a close eye on them! They should be done in approximately 10 minutes. <br> Crab Soup: To reheat, pour the soup into a thick-bottomed saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until thoroughly heated through (internal temperature 165 degrees). Please do not boil. Remove from heat and serve with your favorite crackers or crusty bread. Do not microwave.
