After receiving your crab cakes, remove them from the shipping container and store in your refrigerator until ready to cook. It’s suggested you cook these delicious crab cakes within 2 days for optimal results.
We recommend broiling the crab cakes on a lightly greased pan or foil, about 6 inches from the flame, cook until golden brown with an internal temperature of 145°F. Your crab cakes can also be pan seared with butter and finished in a 350°F oven until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Ovens vary in temperature so please remember to keep a close eye on them! They should be done in approximately 10 minutes.
