Amazing pizza. Packaging was excellent and food arrived at the correct temperature. I used my laser thermometer to check the pizza temp. Logistics was handled appropriately and communications/ emails were informative and much appreciated.

We are great lover's of Tony's Pizza Napoletana in San Francisco, and make it a point to eat there at least once every time we visit. When I found out FoodyDirect offers this service, the family cheered! We were a touch skeptical about cross-continent pizza delivery, but everything went flawlessly, and the packaging even survived the UPS guy, who got out of his truck with the box sideways, then actually turned it UPSIDE-DOWN to hand it to me! Well done on the packaging front and the 'ice bags' inside the specially lined container were still rock solid cold. We were also especially impressed that Tony's was able to handle a special-order situation for our son, who is allergic to dairy - hence the no-cheese pepperoni pie that was part of our order. Preparation was a cinch, though we did find that taking a few minutes off the allotted time worked out better, especially of course with the no-cheese pizza. This really made our Friday night 'family outing' meal, we'll be back! Delicious++

If you are not eating your pie immediately store either in the fridge or freezer, wrapped in plastic wrap. Pies will keep in the fridge up to 3 days, or frozen for one month.
PREP: Preheat oven to 500°F on bake setting. While oven is preheating, place pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven to bring it up to temperature. Remove pizza from the packaging. Place pizza on stone or baking sheet. Bake pizza for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. You may need to turn the pizza once if the browning is not uniform. Note: Take special care with Gluten Free pizzas as they are very delicate.
FOR CAL ITALIA: Garnish includes balsamic reduction, shaved parmesan, and fig preserves. Spread the fig preserve onto pizza while it is still hot and uncut. Spread evenly. Drizzle or spread the balsamic reduction as desired on the pizza, then top with shaved parmigiano. Slice, serve, enjoy!
FOR ALL OTHER PIZZAS: Garnish with oregano and parmigiano as desired. Slice, serve, enjoy
