We've combined three of Turner's most popular dishes into a great New England dinner package. Start with their famous Lobster Bisque (which comes with ½ pound of fresh lobster meat), move onto their sublime Oysters Rockafella, and enjoy a delectable entree of Baked Stuffed Shrimp. This package is sure to make your next get together a hit.

Turner's Seafood Dinner for 4 includes:

  • 1 Quart Lobster Bisque: A half pound (8oz) of succulent lobster meat in rich lobster stock simmered with sherry, cream and spices. Serve with Westminster oyster crackers or fresh crusty bread.
  • 8 Oysters Rockafella: A New England take on a New Orleans classic: Freshly shucked oysters topped with sautéed spinach, bacon, Gruyère cheese, shallots and bread crumbs. Served on the half shell.
  • 1 Dozen Stuffed Shrimp: Premium wild jumbo shrimp with Turner’s legendary seafood vegetable stuffing. Cover your baked shrimp with the included Turner’s fresh lobster basil cream sauce to take this stuffed shrimp to the next level.

Soup was a 5, Shrimp were a 5. Oysters were a 2, Together the meal was far too rich with no counterbalance. Order the soup, which has large pieces of lobster, it is very delicious and rich. Shrimp and the accompanying sauce is great, but a little too much stuffing that stays a little sticky. If I could broil it to finish, that would make it a 6 star item. Rockefeller oysters were all Rockefeller and very little tiny oyster. Order the soup and shrimp separately and you will love them.

All orders ship Tuesday thru Thursday via overnight service. Orders placed by midnight can be shipped as early as the next day.

Storage & Care:

All Seafood from Turner's ships fresh, not frozen, and should be removed from the shipping box and placed in refrigeration immediately. Fresh lobsters and clambakes should be enjoyed within 1 day of delivery. All other seafood can be stored under refrigeration for up to 2 days, or frozen up to 30 days.


Lobster Bisque: Heat the bisque stock only in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently. When the bisque stock is hot, add lobster meat and stir gently for about 2 minutes. Serve bisque in warm bowls. Serve with Westminster oyster crackers or crusty bread.

Stuffed Shrimp:Preheat your oven to 350 °F. Place the stuffed shrimp in a single layer in a lightly buttered baking dish and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until heated through. Warm the included lobster basil cream sauce in a saucepan over medium heat and spoon over cooked shrimp. Serve with fresh lemon.

Oysters Rockafella: Preheat your oven to 375 °F. Place oysters in a single layer in a baking dish and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until spinach mixture is bubbling. Broil the last 2 to 3 minutes to get desired golden brown color. Handle oysters carefully as topping and shells will remain very hot. Serve with fresh lemon.
